Jeremy B.
As our Senior Digital Operations Manager, Jeremy leads a team that develops best-in-class merchandising for our online shopping experience. Jeremy’s keen eye for improving processes has catapulted him through the ranks since joining Liberty. Starting out as a Print Production Artist in 2014, Jeremy quickly identified an opportunity to modernize the digital asset management (DAM) system. With support from Liberty, he enrolled in a DAM program and transitioned onto the eBusiness team.
Jeremy’s implementation of the DAM system and his contributions to the rapid growth of the eBusiness team continue to be rewarded with more responsibility. His passion for improving processes that drive results – and make everyone’s job easier – is what makes him such a valued asset.

Stephen B.
Upon graduating from college in 2004, Stephen joined Liberty Hardware’s Customer Care Team. In this role, he developed vast product knowledge and a deep understanding of consumer needs and behavior. This insider knowledge gave him the foundation to take his career to the next level. Eventually, Stephen made the natural transition to the Marketing Department, where he is now the Digital Marketing Manager on the eBusiness side. Being a devoted team player, Stephen never stops trying to up his game, earning an MBA and Six Sigma Green Belt certification so far.
He currently serves as a Continuous Improvement champion, as well as spearheading initiatives to enrich the communities surrounding Liberty’s headquarters.

Sara D.
Sara began her career at Liberty in 2004, with the Product Liquidation team. The synthesis of her drive for results, work ethic, and “can do” attitude quickly propelled Sara into various key account sales management roles. Sara helped us secure a historically high share of shelf with The Home Depot – a massive win for Sara and us. Her ability to build strong teams, as well as develop trusting and mutually respectful customer relationships, remains the foundation of her success.
Outside of Liberty, Sara enjoys spending time on the Emerald Isle or in Boone. Sara is very involved with her alma mater, Appalachian State, where she serves on the Alumni board. Sara and her family love to spend time in Boone hiking, attending football & basketball games, and simply enjoying the mountain air.
Ryan G.
With 5 promotions in his first 5 years at Liberty, Ryan’s dedication to continuous improvement has certainly paid off – for him and us! He joined Liberty Hardware in 2014 as a temporary employee. Six months later, Ryan was hired full-time as an Outbound Coordinator. The following year, he earned a promotion to Team Lead. In 2017, while pursuing an associate degree, Ryan landed a 3rd promotion as our Operations Supervisor.
In 2018, he assumed additional responsibility and advanced to Operations Senior Supervisor. His most recent promotion to Operations Manager occurred in 2019, where he remains today.
During his time with Liberty, Ryan has been at the forefront of process improvements, even adding a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification to his toolbelt. He takes pride in providing growth opportunities for his team and looking for ways to deepen his problem-solving skills.
